Life is Me is an organization that caters to the youth and young adults. We foster the development of leadership qualities through a commitment to education and community involvement. We aim to provide our constituents with versatile experiences through scholastic empowerment, athletic conditioning, and cultural exposure. We believe in guiding our youth to Seeing Obstacles as Lessons Understanding Trials Induce Opportunities for Next Steps (SOLUTIONS) mentality.
We create opportunities for youth and young adults to achieve their dreams by providing them with resources, instilling work ethic, and building the confidence needed to be successful adults.
The Burke Tribute is an annual event dedicated to honoring the late, Coach Raymond Burke’s memory and serves as an avenue to continue his legacy. This event raises money for the scholarships provided for Bowie State University athletes. For more information, contact us at burketribute@lifeisme.org
Health Matters is a division of LIFE, Incorporated that focuses on the six dimensions of health and wellness. Our goal is to provide education and resources to our community to ensure that we are living our best LIFE. Join us for our LIFE session, Health Matters-101 for insight on overall wellness with a focus on mental health for children and adolescents.
Our goal is to maximize children's learning capacity with engaging programs. LIFE Academy currently consist of two programs, LIFE Elite Basketball Team and STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Art and Mathematics) & Sports Camp. For more information, contact us at lifeacademy@lifeisme.org
